ORDER INFORMATION
The 2.5 mM dNTP Mix is a mixture of all four nucleotides, each dissolved in highly purified water at a concentration of 2.5 mM, at pH 8.3. The 10 mM dNTP Set provides each nucleotide in a separate vial (750 µl each), dissolved at a concentration of 10 mM in highly purified water, pH 8.3.

Description

Highest quality deoxynucleotides, 2'-deoxynucleoside 5'-triphosphates, at a great value, formulated for your convenience.

These nucleotides are also suitable for:

  • sequencing
  • nick translation
  • cDNA synthesis
  • TdT-tailing reactions
  • fill-in reactions

2.5 mM dNTP Mix, PCR Grade

This ready-to-use dNTP Mix is a mixture of all four nucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), each dissolved in highly purified water at a concentration of 2.5 mM, at pH 8.3. Two milliliters of the Mix is enough for 500 standard 50 µl EconoTaq® and TaqSelect™ DNA Polymerase PCR reactions. Free sample available.

10 mM dNTP Set, PCR Grade

This high-purity dNTP set allows you to formulate your own PCR mix. Each of all four nucleotides (dATP, dCTP, dGTP, dTTP), is provided in a separate vial (750 µl each), dissolved at a concentration of 10 mM in highly purified water, pH 8.3.

PLEASE NOTE
Some applications in which Lucigen’s dNTPs can be used may be covered by patents issued and applicable in the United States and certain other countries. Because purchase of this product does not include a license to perform any patented application, users of this product may be required to obtain a patent license depending upon the particular application in which the product is used. The PCR process is the subject of European Patent Nos. 201,184 and 200,262 owned by Hoffman-LaRoche. Those patents expired on March 28, 2006. The corresponding PCR process patents in the United States expired on March 29, 2005. Specifications

Storage and usage conditions: Store at -20°C. Avoid frequent freeze and thaw cycles. Mix well prior to use.

Stability: Lucigen dNTPs are stable for one year from the date received if stored at -20°C. Absence of Endonuclease or Nicking Activity Incubation of 20 µl of the dNTPs with 1 µg of supercoiled pBR322 DNA for 16 hours at 37°C resulted in no detectable conversion to relaxed or linear forms by agarose gel electrophoresis. Absence of Exonuclease Activity Incubation of 20 µl of the dNTPs with 1 µg of HindIII-cut lambda DNA for 16 hours at 37°C resulted in no smearing of bands on agarose gels.

Quality Control: The dNTPs are tested in DNA amplification using a variety of templates and primers.

Purity: >99% pure.
